Frosty Mocha
Now, when I was a little kid, my dad took me out to this great little bistro near his house that served this incredible mocha milkshake called, "Frosty Mocha", which totally blew my mind. I had never seen nor tasted anything like it before. It was awesome.

I guess that bistro didn't patent their creation, because a few years later, every Starbucks from Seattle to Timbuktu had a cheap knockoff called the "Frappuccino". In my opinion, Starbucks can go suck eggs. Frosty mochas are still the best.

Here's my recipe for a Frosty Mocha that comes as close to the original in taste that I've mustered.

Ingredients:

- 4 shots of Espresso
- 2 large scoops of Coffee Ice Cream
- 2 teaspoons of Vanilla Extract
- Chocolate Syrup
- fresh ground Nutmeg, Cinammon (optional)
- whip cream (optional)

Now, if you don't have an espresso machine or a Moka pot, you can go the traitor way and buy two cans of Starbucks' "Doubleshot". In a blender, combine espresso, ice cream, vanilla, and chocolate to taste. Blend slowly until smooth.

If the mix isn't thick enough, add more ice cream. If not thick enough, add more espresso.

Serve in a tall glass topped with optional whip cream, nutmeg, and cinammon.

Enjoy!

Serves: 1-2
